Working Student/ Minijobber – Project Management

Hi, we’re PACIFIC UEG and we are an independent creative agency that helps local and global brands create pop-cultural impact.

As we’re moving (and growing) fast, we’re looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. And we’d love for you to join our international team in Munich as Working Student Project Management (m/f/d).

As Working Student you will:

– get things done, whatever this may be. From doing research on specific topics, maintaining all kinds of projects list, handling travel bookings to helping out on project execution – even if you have never done it, you are up for the challenge and want to learn how to run projects successfully

– observe what’s hot and what’s not out there in the social (and real) universe

– support the team in planning, organizing and delivering projects from A to Z and other (fun) shenanigans

– you should live our agency culture

What we’d like you to bring:

– you are very familiar with Microsoft 365 Office tools

– you have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen

– you have a passion for organizing and be able to juggle several tasks at once

– you play nicely with others – you are nice & fair to everyone we work with

– you are curious and eager to learn new stuff

– experience working in a marketing agency or dynamic client environment would be highly beneficial

– you have very good written and spoken German and English skills
