As Strategy Manager you will:

– get things done. From researching cultural trends and joining brainstorms to preparing briefings, building creative concepts, and managing our strategic tools – you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to grow into a strong strategic lead

– drive strategy workstreams from insight to execution across client projects, pitches, and internal initiatives

– lead market and trend research across industries like fashion, music, art, design, tech, and gaming to uncover what moves culture today

– create compelling presentations, strategic narratives, and briefings that inspire clients and creative teams alike

– develop and own strategic tools, frameworks, and knowledge hubs that make our team smarter and faster

– collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams to craft integrated, culture-first brand experiences

– ensure strategic alignment on complex projects, keeping teams focused on the brand’s purpose and direction

– challenge the status quo by proactively introducing new ideas, methodologies, or cultural perspectives that push brands forward

What we’d like you to bring:

– 2-3 years of experience in strategic roles – ideally in a creative, brand, or experience-focused agency

– a proven ability to turn research into meaningful strategy and creative impact

– strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills – knowing how to craft and sell an idea

– deep curiosity and cultural fluency across industries and subcultures

– a strategic, independent, and proactive mindset

– a structured and organized approach with confidence in leading tasks, projects, and people

– solid skills in Microsoft 365 and/or other strategic/creative tools like Miro, Notion, etc.

– you play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with

– very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
