Sam joined UEG after a decade of powerhouse brand building experience in traditional advertising and organic grassroots marketing. Her prior time at Deutsch, Cliff Freeman, Grey Worldwide, and People Magazine covered a broad demographic of markets with prime focus on beauty and fashion. At People Magazine, Sam managed People.com and StyleWatch where she was responsible for spearheading all new marketing initiatives, brand development and event activation for key clients.    

Currently, Sam oversees all of the P&G Global Beauty business for both mass and prestige brands which includes developing talent and entertainment strategies, managing celebrity partnerships, and negotiating talent contracts.  She works closely with Queen Latifah, Taylor Swift, Ellen Degeneres and their management to develop brand building programs for COVERGIRL.  

Past campaigns include an overhaul of the Tommy Hilfiger brand, re-staging of Clairol Nice N’ Easy and strategic roll outs for Clinique, L’Oreal, Estée Lauder, and Max Factor.  Her instinctive ability to connect the dots, think inside and outside the box all while providing impeccable client service, has garnered her esteemed praises throughout the industry.
